Format: Non-snake/linear draft — your draft position stays the same every round.
The Draft Lottery: The bottom 4 teams from last season enter the lottery for Picks 1–4. It's drawn publicly, before the draft.
Lottery Odds:
- 5th place (best non-playoff team): 1 ball
- 6th place: 2 balls
- 7th place: 3 balls
- 8th place (last place): 4 balls
Picks 5–8: Set by final standings — no lottery involved.
Keepers: Up to 2 players, cost = original draft round, declared one week before the draft.
